1/2 cup ground nuts such as almonds
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoon ground flax
1 tablespoon honey depending on desired sweetness.
2/3 cup plain yogurt, kefir or butter milk or water
* optional 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg or dried herbs would be great!
